Anagha Ship Management
Ships kept sound, crews kept well, voyages kept on account.
We take responsibility for the day-to-day running of ocean-going vessels on behalf of their owners — the engineering, the people on board and the commercial follow-through — and we back that core with a set of allied marine services an owner can draw on separately.

02 — The company
A ship manager that answers to the owner, not the other way round
Anagha is an independent ship management company operating out of Kalyan, in the Mumbai metropolitan region. We hold an IMO company identity and manage vessels for owners who want one accountable office looking after their ships.
Our view of the job is simple. An owner should be able to see what their vessel is costing, why, and what is planned for it next — without chasing. So we run every ship on documented maintenance plans, hold budgets open to the owner, and report in plain terms rather than in volumes of attachments.
The name means without blemish. We treat it as a working standard: clean inspection records, clear accounts and a ship that is handed back in better order than it was handed over.
“Every vessel is somebody's capital and somebody's livelihood. We manage it as if it were both.”
03 — Ship management
Three disciplines, one desk
Owners can place a vessel with us for full management or for a single discipline. Either way, technical, crewing and commercial staff sit together, so a decision in one area is made with sight of the other two.
Technical management

05 — How we work
Five habits we hold ourselves to
- Safety before scheduleNo commercial pressure overrides a stop-work call on board. The aim is no harm to people and no release to the sea.
- Open accountsOwners see the budget, the spend and the variance. Nothing is buried in a management fee.
- One point of contactEach vessel has a named lead ashore who can answer for all three disciplines.
- Written down, then doneProcedures exist so that the right thing happens on every ship, not just the ones we visit most.
- People who stayWe would rather keep a good crew than keep finding one. Fair treatment is how that happens.
